• Company and event information: company branding, venues, bookings, event details, and host contact information.
• Communications: messages sent through host chat, song requests, and messages submitted through our contact form.
• Billing information, processed by our payment provider (Stripe) — we do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device and usage data, to keep the Service secure and reliable.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To send transactional emails — such as booking updates, new question notifications, and account-related messages — via our email provider, Brevo.
