It’s good at what it focuses on: clients pick songs synced to Spotify or Apple Music, you get timeline templates, and it exports the finished setlist straight into Serato, Rekordbox, or Virtual DJ.
What it doesn’t do is admit to being a CRM — and they say so themselves. So, worth switching?
If you’re fine running a separate CRM alongside a music-planning app, Vibo’s genuinely good at that one job, and its Spotify export is further along than anything Encore does right now. If you’d rather not make your clients install another app just to pick songs, and you want contracts and payments in the same place as the run sheet, that’s the gap here.
Also worth flagging: Vibo has no cheap entry tier. It’s $179/mo flat, or $149/mo if you pay annually. If that’s a lot for where you’re at right now, Encore’s Starter plan exists specifically for that — whichever platform you end up on long-term.
